This notice applies to the website at sparehour.com.au, operated by Spare Hour Pty Ltd (ABN 95 703 348 734). Each of our apps has its own privacy policy, published with the app.

Information collected through this website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising tools, and it has no forms or accounts.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, Inc., processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested in order to deliver the website and protect it from abuse. Cloudflare may process this information outside Australia, including in the United States.

Email

If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and the contents of your message. We use this information to respond to you and keep it for as long as needed for that purpose. Our email is provided by Google Workspace, which may store it outside Australia.

Disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We disclose it only to the service providers named in this notice, or where the law requires us to.

Access, correction and complaints

You may ask for access to, or correction of, personal information we hold about you by emailing privacy@sparehour.com.au. If you have a concern about how we have handled your personal information, please contact us first. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
